Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven full-time sales
representative called Disposition Specialist, for a remote position based in
Austin, that understands that success comes through hard work and tenacity.
As a Disposition Specialist, you will be responsible for selling our wholesale
deals to buyers, marketing the properties through various channels, and
negotiating prices. Sales experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
We will train you on how to market the houses and sell them over the phone.
You will be up and running very fast. You will need to have a good work ethic
and stay on the phone making calls. This is a great unique opportunity for the
right person.
We provide you with all of the tools necessary to become successful,
including but not limited to: best sales and negotiation training, CRM, support
and ongoing weekly training. We keep track of KPI metrics to help you stay on
track and know if you are putting in the effort needed, but we also make it a
fun atmosphere. Compensation will be a base pay plus commissions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for selling properties in the pipeline by implementing marketing, sales and negotiating strategies.
- Utilize various marketing channels, such as online platforms, social media, and direct outreach, to promote available properties to potential buyers.
- Create marketing ads to sell properties.
- Generate buyers leads by various sources: Facebook, Craigslist ads, email and text blast, website, cold calling, etc.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from potential buyers, provide detailed information about properties, and schedule property viewings.
- Negotiate sales terms with buyers to ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
- Use the CRM daily to maintain accurate records of buyer interactions and stay organized throughout the sales process until deals are closed.
- Build rapport with the buyers to overcome objections to get deals sold.
- Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position.

Position Requirements and Skills:

- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specifics, CRM and marketing/lead technologies.

- Ability to perform intermediate tasks in the Google Docs and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules and deadlines.

- Ability to work some evenings and weekends.
