Direct Support Professional (Relief Staff) /Life Skills Responsibilities:
Pay: $20.40
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and adequate nutritional intake.
Maintain a healthy environment for our clients in their own home.
Follow the assignment sheet/service plan performing tasks that are assigned.
Taking clients into the community on a regular basis.
Requirements:
Must have an 8-hour window of Open Availability between 8a-8p
Must have reliable transportation, Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
Be willing to transport clients into the community.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a positive attitude and the ability to arrive on time for every shift.
