Real McCoy's in Wake Forest, NC is looking for a bar manager to join our 48-person strong team. We are located on 3325 Rogers Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all areas of the bar including inventory levels, cleanliness and safety
  • Ensure liquor license is up to date and in accordance with legislation
  • Hire, train, and develop new bar team members
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner
  • Run a shift as any other restaurant manager

Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of bar equipment used
  • Licenses or certifications that apply in the area
  • Experience in a bar position or previous management required

    Available shifts and compensation : We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $18.00 - $22.00 / hour.
