Clients large and small trust us to help them accomplish more with less surprises.
Our growing company is interested in furthering the maturity of our business functions (accounting, human resources, marketing, business development, training, etc.) and related processes and systems. The Business Analyst Intern will be expected to apply inquisitiveness and systems thinking to assist in analyzing current data and suggesting process improvements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Document practices and standards in narrative and graphic forms;
· Analyze workflows to recommend improvements;
· Gather, normalize and scrub relevant data sets;
· Define queries to answer common business questions/metrics;
· Establish a framework for appropriate data-driven business applications;
· Document steps taken and next actions for continuation by others;
· Develop strategies for use and implementation of AI
· Evaluation and use of Microsoft Office Suite & Power BI
· SharePoint – store, evaluate, and leverage
· Evaluate additional digital tools for potential use;
Perform other tasks as requested by the supervisor

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
¨ Fluent in spoken and written English language;
¨ Legal to be employed in Maryland and the United States
¨ Hich School Diploma and studying for bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, or similar
¨ Have skills in Advanced Excel, VBA/Java programming, SQL queries and analytical tools
