Your Role as a Property Manager

As a Property Manager, You Will
- Provide Property Showings: Help prospective residents envision themselves at home by guiding them through our apartments and facilities.
- Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring their needs are met.
- Uphold Community Standards: Ensure community areas are clean and well-maintained, working closely with the maintenance team to ensure a clean and safe property.
- Handle Property Maintenance: Conduct pre-move-in inspections, maintain accurate records, collect rent, and enforce community policies fairly and consistently.
- Resolve Challenges with Courtesy and Respect: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident concerns, from maintenance issues to community guidelines. Ensure a positive living experience by responding promptly and finding solutions that enhance comfort and satisfaction.
- Conduct Market Research: Stay informed on local rental trends to recommend pricing and property improvements.
- Grow Professionally: Participate in required training and ongoing professional development opportunities.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical savvy—you’re comfortable navigating multiple systems and browsers.
- Availability Monday-Friday (8:00 am–5:00 pm CST) and occasional rotating on-call shifts.
- Property management experience is preferred but not required.
