About the Role:
As the Senior Director of Finance, you will oversee the company's finances, IT, and Human Resources departments. Reporting directly to the President/COO, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of these critical areas. As a member of the Leadership Team, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Operations and the Senior Director of Marketing/Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee, optimize, and manage all aspects of your team's operations, ensuring seamless integration of Human Resources, Finance and IT.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans in concert with the Leadership Team to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness, driving continuous improvement.
- Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of directors and staff, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting professional development and growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining high standards of operational integrity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives, driving synergy and alignment across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Google Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to be onsite M-F, 8-5 CST.
