Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our team at our Waldorf, MD office. This is a full-time, in-office role responsible for managing a portfolio of single-family rental properties, maintaining excellent tenant and owner relations, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of single-family rental properties.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, tenants, and vendors.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor management, and property repairs in a timely manner.
- Enforce lease agreements, conduct lease renewals, and address lease violations as necessary.
- Conduct move-in, move-out, and routine property inspections.

- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional property visits.
