What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Leasing Runner position at Real Property Management Richmond Metro?
The Leasing Runner is responsible for assisting the leasing team with their day to day job duties both in and outside of the office.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must have your own transportation
- Assisting Leasing team with leasing duties such as placing lockboxes, conducting move in/out evaluations, communicating with prospective tenants, taking photos and other duties as assigned.
- Highly detail oriented and organized in work
- Pro active, can-do attitude and willing to assist with anything needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results
The Leasing Runner is highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. Naturally driven to provide excellent customer service and to instill trust, the Leasing Runner possesses the ability to work independently, and has a professional demeanor.

- Computer proficiency—Microsoft Office
- Must have reliable transportation
- Local area knowledge
