Job Overview
RPM Sunstate is seeking a dedicated and proactive Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a comprehensive understanding of property management. This role involves fostering positive relationships with residents, managing property leasing, and ensuring the community remains a welcoming and safe environment for all.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring high standards of service and resident satisfaction.
- Oversee property leasing activities, including marketing available units and conducting tours for prospective tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, leases, and tenant information through effective data entry practices.
- Develop and implement community events and programs to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.
- Handle customer relationship management by addressing resident inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure facilities are well-maintained and any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations pertaining to property management and leasing practices.
- Prepare reports on occupancy rates, lease renewals, and other relevant metrics for management review.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is highly desirable.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively market properties to potential tenants.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships within the community.
- Knowledge of contract law as it pertains to leasing agreements is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing office tasks and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,873.00 per year
