Our focus is on building relationships, not just tenants and toilets. You are the trusted advisor to both property owners and the residents we serve. You’ll have regular contact with the property managers to advise them on property conditions and maintenance items.
Your Responsibilities as a Maintenance Technician
- Technical Skills – Strong candidates will have a good range of technical knowledge and experience which may include general handyman skills, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, sheetrock, landscaping, and HVAC.
- Hands-On – You will need to be willing to perform inspections, renovations, or other maintenance as needed.
- Communication – Each day, you coordinate with Property Managers and other office staff, identifying priorities, as well as planning routes and timelines. You’ll also communicate regularly with residents during maintenance appointments.
- Team Dynamic – You will need good people skills to ensure the work is getting done and team morale is optimized.

Benefits & Pay
Compensation for the Maintenance Technician position is a base pay range of $20.00 - $23.00.
