We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team on a commission-based structure. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, connect with, and onboard investor clients of single-family homes, introducing them to our expert property management services. This is an exciting opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while contributing to the growth of a thriving property management company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and build relationships with potential investor clients, including individual homeowners, real estate investors, and realtors.
- Actively network through industry events, online platforms, and community groups to generate leads.
- Educate potential clients about the benefits of our property management services and how we help optimize their investments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies to attract new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales efforts using CRM tools.
- Stay informed about the real estate market, trends, and opportunities relevant to single-family homes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or real estate ( preferred ).
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-based structure.
- Familiarity with property management or real estate investment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Compensation:
- Base Pay plus comission: Earn competitive commissions for each client successfully onboarded. The more clients you bring, the more you earn—no cap on your potential income.
