Real Property Management has the perfect role for you as a On / Off Boarding Coordinator. You will be a new customer's primary point of contact as they join us. For the homeowner new to property management, you help make the journey, smooth, organized, and low stress. Everyone knows moving isn't fun and for the for the new tenants you are there to ensure we do everything to make their first days in their new home easy.

We are a residential rental & homeowner association management company providing full service management in the State of Alaska. We manage thousands of rental properties and Southcentral Alaska from small apartment buildings to luxury homes and specialize in taking the stress out of becoming a real estate investor.
Your Responsibilities as a On / Off Boarding Coordinator & Support Administrator
- Serving as point of first contact for all resident and owner concerns when an account is in transition of entering or leaving RPM.
- Proactively and effectively communicate with owners and residents regarding the transitions and next steps in process.
- Engage owners and residents about the use of online portals and written communication via email. Teaching how to use portals and other various RPM services.
- Proactively educate and have clear communication with tenants and owners on next step processes to hold all parties accountable to appropriate actions and improve satisfaction.
- Triggers other departments to start / stop services as the account hits different stages.
- Gather information from employees, owners, and residents to complete a file as much as reasonably possible.
- Maintain checklist that track accounts in transition.
- Process incoming property information (PDS) into the system and create appropriate file notes and tasks accordingly.
- Research and develop the appropriate recurring work orders to assist in maintaining property value.
- Recommend change orders to service requests to incorporate scheduled or planned or proactive maintenance to maintain the value of homes.
- Processes return of possessions and coordinates with property manager for proper actions for when a tenant does not complete check out correctly.
- Establishing, terminating, and explaining Owner's and Resident’s ledgers.
- Communicate and educate the importance of insurance and take appropriate actions for proper protections with insurance policies.
- Organize, maintain, and update tenant email template notices to ensure consistency in communications for accounts in transition.
- Prepare and / or confirm the accuracy of the tenant file, ledger, lease agreement for a new tenant and licensee to negotiate and sign.
- Creation and archiving accounts in the various programs.
- Monitor utility billing to ensure transfers have been completed so that Owners and Residents can expect uninterrupted service in the appropriate person’s name.
- Once the file has completed the transition and client experience meets RPM goals and objectives, note the file that it can pass to next department for handling.
- Audit accuracy of owners contact information in all programs.
- Seek feedback by asking for surveys and reviews from customers in transitions.
- Mail thank you cards and gifts to customers to express RPM’s appreciation.
- Organize, test, and audit property access materials in all stages of a property cycle.
