Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collections and Receivables Supervisor to lead our Accounts Receivable team. In this vital role, you will ensure the timely and accurate processing of payments, manage collection activities, and support our Accounting Manager in maintaining financial integrity. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounts receivables reporting for our diverse portfolio of companies.
- Collect and post all related payments, including move-in/move-out and early termination fees.
- Manage customer statements through our online banking platform.
- Enter and maintain tenant charges and payments accurately.
- Prepare daily deposit entries and weekly owner contributions.
- Initiate transfers and ACHs, ensuring timely financial transactions.
- Serve as a liaison to respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary updates.
- Prepare weekly collections reports and follow up on past due accounts.
- Maintain a daily collection call log and send delinquency notices.
- Create and manage payment arrangements for customers.
- File evictions monthly and represent the company at hearings.
- Communicate regularly with owners regarding eviction status and collection disputes.
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage the Collections team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Participate in ongoing training and advocate for continuous improvement in processes and communication.
Support the Marketing Department by attending promotional events as needed.
What We Offer
Compensation for the Collections and Receivables Supervisor position is a salary range between $55,000 to $58,000 based on skills and experience [plus a quarterly incentive structure based on collaborative Key Performance Indicators for the company]

- Five (5) days Personal Time Off (PTO) prorated for the first year of employment and Ten (10) days PTO days your second year and thereafter.
