Field Representative / Runner for Property Manager

Position Overview

The Field Representative position is based out of our Jacksonville office. This is a mobile position in a growing property management company with most of your responsibilities being at our properties located in Jacksonville and neighboring counties.  Your day-to-day workload will consist of traveling in a company vehicle to those properties to take marketing photos, perform inspections for move ins and move out as well as mid lease. On occasion you will meet with prospective tenants and show our vacant units as well as owner meet and greets. You will work closely with the leasing and maintenance department to ensure all information about the properties is always up to date. RPM offers competitive pay, a great work / life balance, and a relaxed work environment. A company vehicle is provided for this position for business use only. Starting salary is $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Drive company provided vehicle to and from appointments throughout Jacksonville and neighboring counties
• Photograph interior and exterior spaces of residential and commercial properties.
• Meet potential residents at properties and conduct showings
• Conduct thorough property inspections and create punch lists based on observations
• Maintain an inventory of keys and lockboxes for the properties
• Conduct mid lease inspections and create lists based on observations
• Communicate effectively with other departments about immediate needs
• Maintain high levels of integrity, authenticity, and honesty while conducting all business in a time efficient manner
• Deposit Claim processing
