What are the responsibilities and job description for the LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCE PLUMBER TO JOIN OUR TEAM position at Real Property Management?
Residential Property Management Company located in Troy, MI is looking to hire and experience Plumber to join our team.
REQUIREMENTS :
- We require 3 years working on residential homes
- Diagnose problems and recommend appropriate action / repair
- Remove and replace damaged, defective or obsolete piping and plumbing fixtures
- Understand local and national building codes
- Install various types of services pipes and pipe fittings
- Must be able to work independently in the tri-county area, possess a valid driver's license and have own tools and transportation
- Must be able to pass background check and drug test
Electrical, HVAC or carpentry experience a plus
