About The Position:
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and continuing evaluation of daily operations for the assigned
pod.
- Hands on management of the property portfolios as the Lead
- Engages and builds relationships with property owners by serving as their main point of contact and proactively advising owners regarding their property investments.
- Focus on growth and development of pod members through training, feedback and position for purpose.
- Provides supervision and direction to pod members while managing KPI’s and progress
- Continuously review processes and develop procedures for optimizing results.
- Assessing and analyzing departmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits.
- Resolves complex challenges or requests from property owners as well as problem as well as solves complaints and deescalates disgruntled owners.

Qualifications for the Role
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree(GED) required
- Up to 3 year of related experience in property management
Desired Skills and Competencies
- Applicable experience includes customer service experience in real estate
- Experience with excel & AppFolio preferred
- Knowledge of industry standards and practices
Benefits & Pay
Compensation for the Experienced Property Manager/Pod Lead position is a base pay of $50,000-$60,000 annual salary [plus bonus based on team performance. Bonuses are not guaranteed but paid on achieving specified efficiency targets.]
