We are seeking a full-time Social Services Designee or Licensed Social Worker to join our team of exceptional and motivated directors and caregivers. We are looking for individuals with marketing as well as social service experience. The position is well suited for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of those around them and wants to be challenged and rewarded.
Required Skills and Abilities include:
- Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
- Past experience in a health care setting preferred.
- Knowledge of state regulations preferred.
This position is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of social services in the facility.
- Experience in marketing and census development preferred.
- Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept.
- Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
