We are seeking a full-time Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team of exceptional and motivated directors and caregivers. We are looking for individuals that want to make a difference in the lives of those around them, want to be challenged and rewarded.
Requirements :
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; and two to four years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must possess current and active license as Registered Nurse in Indiana.
- Long term care experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
- Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept.
- Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
