ACTUAL JOB TITLE : MARKETING COORDINATOR WORK HOURS : 20 per week BRAND : Sunglass Hut Temp Role Start Date : 03 / 01 / 2025 ONSITE 100% 420 5th Ave NY NY Budgeted Bill Rate : $50.00 (Flexible with experience) Responsibilities : Provide tactical support for all retail marketing needs for Sunglass Outfitters by Sunglass Hut (SGO) business at Bass Pro / Cabelas inclusive of but not limited to : Partner with internal product and operations teams and BPS marketing team on the integration of SGO merchandise into BPS marketing initiative including print email grand openings and other promotions and activations. Own the development of creative assets for monthly and seasonal creative updates of inshop signing and digital displays with freelance creative resource(s) Partner with VM teams to meet all production timelines Partner with house and license brand teams to secure unique assets most relevant to the outdoor sunglass customers; fishing hunting hiking / camping etc. Facilitate marketing approvals with Sunglass Hut marketing visual field operations and global brand and marketing teams Participate in several weekly meeting to communicate project deliverable status and calendar adjustments Manage the SGO content calendar and communicate to internal partners for planning alignment and store communications Submit invoices for freelance creative and track payment status Provide weekly status reports to SNGH Marketing Director Requirements : Microsoft software PPT and Excel 12 years retail marketing experience; inhouse or agency Calendar management; Budget maintenance Terms 20 hours per week with potential of additional hours during key periods
Hours : 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm
Additional Job Details : Specific Skills Needed : Top 35 mandatory and / or minimum requirements This is a CONTRIBUTOR / SUPPORT role MS 365 especially Excel and Powerpoint Retail marketing experience within a specialty brand environment Project & Traffic Management / coordination Invoice & Budget tracking Must be comfortable in a highvolume output role Top 35 desirable attributes / qualifications Strong communication and presentation skills Calendar management Creative development Basic copywriting helpful but not essential Required levels / Years of Experience education discuss whether there is flexibility 24 years in a corporate retail environment Flexible
