What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Specialist position at Real Soft Inc?
The in-officeOperations Support Specialist works M-F (8am to 5 pm) onsiteat our Pasadena location.
The specialist is responsible for processing all incoming mail correspondence for the Estate Support Department for the purposes of 1. settling a deceased account holder's deposit(s), 2. establishing or revoking a power of attorney, and/or 3. processing account holder name change requests. The Specialist will also assist with trust account conversion requests and other duties as assigned by manager.
Reviews and processes incoming documents received by mail, email and fax that is thennotated into the system, scanned and uploaded
- Reviewscustomer accounts and performs necessary maintenance when required (accountnotation, disable online banking, code accounts)
- Ensurecompliance with all Bank policies and procedures, including applicable stateand federal banking rules and regulations
