Job Summary:
1. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology or a related field.
2. Requires experience in a professional level business position.
3. Preferably has experience with OSHA/TSCA/RCRA/Export regulations.
4. Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with senior staff.
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must.
6. Must possess excellent computer skills.
7. Responsible for ensuring customers and employees are informed about the health and safety characteristics of products and raw materials.
8. Must ensure that all products are in compliance with appropriate regulations.
9. Responsible for preparing and providing product Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) and label warning statements.
10. Must provide timely assessments of developmental materials, including chemical materials and formulations.
11. Must keep up-to-date with the latest applicable regulatory and toxicological information.
12. Expected to maintain a thorough knowledge of Henkel products, chemistries and processes.
