Job Title: Design Quality Engineer
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Onsite Requirement: 3 days per week (Flexible on which days)
Contract: W2
Years of Experience Targeting: 3

Scope:
The Design Quality Engineer will support three projects, focusing on design quality work related to transferring legacy products to Palm Beach Gardens (PBG). The role requires familiarity with electromechanical devices such as hand pieces, shavers, and cables, and involves inspecting visualization systems to ensure design integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Handle product transfers from DePuy and Ethicon sites to PBG
- Prepare documentation from design history files
- Ensure proper inspection at receiving site (PBG)
- Oversee and optimize processes during the transfer
- Maintain communication with Quality Operations and Manufacturing teams
- Partner with Quality Operations to ensure no changes affect design integrity
Top 3 Must-Have Skills:
- Design control oversight
- Design transfer experience within design controls
- Services and repairs experience
- Electromechanical experience (R&D or quality) with understanding of cables, connectors, and circuit boards
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with multiple sites
