Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee internal and external communications, including media relations, press releases, corporate announcements, and crisis management.
- Lead the creation and dissemination of engaging content for various platforms, including social media, corporate website, newsletters, and annual reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to craft and convey key messages that resonate with employees, investors, partners, and the public.
- Manage and mentor a team of communications professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to corporate communications in the pharmaceutical sector
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong media relations experience and a network of industry contacts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
