- Design and implement clinical trial strategies.
- Provide scientific input for global registrations and study deliverables.
- Lead and support cross-functional team initiatives.
- Develop and oversee clinical documents for regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including key opinion leaders and health authorities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to influence without authority and build key relationships.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong skills in data review, cleaning, and interpretation of clinical trial results.
- Presentation Skills: Effective at summarizing and presenting key considerations and decision-points.
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences (MD, PhD, Pharm D, MS, RN or similar).
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical development within oncology/hematology.
- Prior experience with CAR T-cell therapy preferred.
