We are seeking a Sr Manager/Director Systems Engineering to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development of RF generators, manage vendor relationships, and ensure successful product launches. Responsibilities/Day-to-Day:
- Focus on RF generator development
- Oversee program managers working with design and manufacturing vendors
- Manage vendor schedules and ensure effective collaboration
- Support ECO (Engineering Change Orders) and other hands-on development tasks
- Travel 20% to vendors in the Midwest
Experience:
- Capital equipment experience, preferably with RF generators, ablation, or vacuums
- Mechanical Engineering (ME) background preferred with some Electrical Engineering (EE) exposure
- Experience with product launches
- Strong vendor management skills; able to influence decisions without direct authority
