Project Controls Planner Scheduler

We are looking to hire a Master Scheduler to support the planning and scheduling function for major capital projects within the Life Sciences and Industrial Manufacturing sectors.
This client-facing role is pivotal in driving project success collaboration with project teams, analyzing scheduling data, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing strategic guidance to achieve project objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of planning assignments across life sciences and industrial manufacturing projects.
- Support the creation and implementation of project schedules for all phases, ensuring tenders and projects are planned, monitored, and optimized for performance.
- Identify and mitigate scheduling risks through a robust project scheduling framework.
- Analyze large volumes of scheduling data to identify trends, risks, and issues.
- Deliver detailed progress comparisons, productivity reports, and risk assessments to support informed decision-making.
- Act as a liaison with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring objectives and timelines are met.
- Collaborate with clients' senior leadership teams to facilitate successful project outcomes.
- Promote continuous improvement to deliver timely, high-quality project results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (MS or MBA preferred) in a relevant field.
- Experience in planning and scheduling for large, multi-phase life sciences, industrial manufacturing, or other capital programs.
- Expertise in consultancy-driven project management, with a strong focus on property and infrastructure.
- Knowledge of scheduling tools and software, including Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with multiple project delivery methods, such as design-build and construction manager at risk.
- Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM) and project control methodologies.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to drive value through effective planning and scheduling.
- Exceptional data management and analytical skills to support decision-making processes.
- Strong experience in managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
