Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee every aspect of the project, from construction to budget management, ensuring all objectives align with contract terms and timelines.
• Develop and implement detailed schedules, pay estimates, and resource plans to meet production goals and maintain project flow.

What You’ll Need:

• 15 years of construction project management experience, with a strong background in managing large, complex projects.
• 10 years leading and managing project teams.
• Specific experience in water/wastewater treatment plant construction is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field is an asset.
• Expertise in project delivery methods such as bid-build, CMGC, and design-build.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to mentor cross-functional project teams.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
