SEO and SEM focused Digital Marketing Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION: MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST

We are looking for someone to lead the digital marketing efforts of a 30-year-old industrial automation company with an established digital presence. Jump into a creative department with established SEO, and piles of marketing collateral. We need someone with passion, ability, and vision to help take our digital marketing to the next level.

A day in the life of an RTA digital marketer will include building, maintaining and monitoring SEO, SEM and PPC campaigns. We leverage digital marketing to drive leads and help refine our messaging. You are expected to help write and proofread copy for ads and other promotional materials. We need someone that is creative, curious and not afraid to ask questions or make mistakes.

RTA is a B2B technology company focused on manufacturing customers. Experience in these areas is a huge benefit but not required.

Are you Curious? We need someone with passion and curiosity to become an expert in our products. You don’t need to be an engineer but you need to learn our technologies enough to sell the benefits of our products. Training and support is part of the onboard but you need to be willing to drive headfirst into the topics.

Marketing Communications Specialist Role Requirements:

· Good written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. Technical experience a plus

· A creative thinker that want to test new ideas in the market.

· Ability to accept creative direction and continuously improve through constructive feedback.

• Supports and helps execute SEO, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Assists with event coordination including tradeshows, seminars, webinars, training events, etc.

· Compiles marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, Google Analytics and AdWords results etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies and reports on them weekly.

· Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

· Collaborates with Marketing Team and Team Leaders on future concepts

Job Skills and Requirements

· Four-year degree in Marketing or Communications or related field.

· SEO, SEM and PPC

· Social media and email marketing tools such as Hoot Suite and Constant Contact

· Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
