Program Manager – New Product Introduction (NPI)
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager – NPI to lead the development and execution of new product introduction programs. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time delivery, and driving successful project completion from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead program planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Oversee project gate reviews and maintain compliance with internal NPI processes.
- Develop integrated program schedules and track financial, quality, and delivery performance.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to mitigate risks and resolve program challenges.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer communications, contract negotiations, and program updates.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and apply best practices in program management.
- Facilitate team meetings, stakeholder communications, and status reporting.
- Ensure adherence to contractual requirements, budgets, and performance targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex programs and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of aerospace/military contracting and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in program management tools, including MS Project and MS Office Suite.
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) is a plus.
- PMP certification preferred or required within one year of hire.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
