Sales and Customer Service Representative

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk/Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal professional candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Energetic and friendly receptionist with experience providing administrative support and customer service to clients and internal staff.
• Foster a positive team environment, work together with other sales staff and assist in managing warehouse inventory.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about services. Assist walk-in clients, schedule client appointments, answer phone lines, and help clients with questions and issues.
• Utilize our inhouse CRM (Customer Relationship Management Software) for account management and scheduling.
• Conduct warm calling to follow up with potential clients, and nurture existing relationships. Provides excellent customer service and builds relationships.

Experience

• Proven experience within a customer service or sales environment. Retail management experience is ideal.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and work with team members.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer interaction, willingness to learn.
• Proven track record in account management is preferred.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
