Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communications strategies that align with the company's mission, vision, and business goals.
- Manage internal and external communications, ensuring consistent and effective messaging across all channels.
- Lead the development of press releases, media materials, executive speeches, and other communications content.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to maximize positive media coverage.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged, including newsletters, intranet content, and company-wide announcements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, investor relations, and regulatory affairs, to ensure cohesive and aligned communications.
- Support crisis communications efforts, preparing and executing plans to manage and mitigate potential issues.
- Monitor media coverage and public perceptions, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management.
- Ensure all communications adhere to regulatory and compliance standards, including FDA and EMA guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful corporate communications strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Strong media relations skills and experience managing relationships with key media contacts.
- Ability to think strategically and operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with digital communications, social media, and content management systems.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
