What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Associate position at Real?
HELLO MY SPECIAL SITUATIONS NETWORK:
I have an amazing Senior Associate opportunity focused in Special Situations (e.g., M&A, IPOs, restructuring, shareholder activism, bankruptcies, investor-related issues, litigation, management changes, crises, etc.) with an incredible agency that also has an extremely collaborative and caring culture as well as very high-profile clients!
Position is fully in person (Mon-Friday) in their centrally located NYC office, and is ideal if you are familiar with Special Situations media lists, know how to make your way through SEC filings, etc.
I am especially interested in candidates who have M&A experience and shareholder activism experience, though in this role you will be working across the various special situations areas
Looking for candidates with 3ish-5ish years of experience.

Salary : $125,000 - $175,000
