CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COORDINATOR
Department : Construction
Status : Exempt / Salary
Reports to : Vice President of Construction
Principal Objective of the Position : This key position will assist in all aspects of the construction project management process. Construction Project Coordinator shall specifically oversee the document control process by utilizing RealAmerica Construction LLC's Procore software for construction projects. The position will also be responsible for training necessary staff in the Procore software program along with helping to create and implement written safety processes and procedures (i.e. checklists) at all job sites.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :
Training / Education
- Bachelor's Degree and / or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of previous experience in Construction industry in administration
