National Accounts Manager

Position Overview
The National Accounts Manager at RealClean Franchisor plays a key role in driving system-wide growth by managing and expanding national account relationships. This position is responsible for growing national partnerships with Chain FBOs, MROs, Dealer Networks and other national and regional Aviation related businesses for the greater benefit of the Franchise system. Additional, this position is responsible for maintaining the CRM, fielding and managing incoming leads from national sales efforts, and ensuring franchise partners capitalize on high-value opportunities. The ideal candidate is a proactive and organized sales professional who excels at building strong B2B relationships and ensuring lead follow-through across the franchise network.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & CRM Oversight
- Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, follow-ups, and national account activities.
- Field and manage inbound leads generated from national sales efforts, ensuring timely engagement and follow-through.
- Distribute and monitor lead flow to franchise partners, ensuring smooth handoff, booking, and follow-up.
- Track lead conversion rates and identify areas for improvement in franchisee sales performance.
National Account Development & Growth
- Identify, develop, and secure new national account relationships to drive sales growth across the franchise system.
- Work closely with corporate leadership to strategically expand national partnerships and revenue channels.
- Negotiate and establish long-term agreements with key corporate clients.
Partner Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing national accounts, ensuring strong partnerships and consistent service quality.
- Monitor and enhance relationships with current national partners to drive additional sales opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support and coordination to ensure national accounts receive top-tier service from franchise partners.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with Franchise Partners, Sales Teams, and Corporate Leadership to ensure a unified national sales strategy.
- Analyze sales data, lead conversion trends, and national account performance, providing regular reports and insights.
- Identify areas for franchisee improvement in sales processes and customer engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3 years of experience in national sales, account management, or franchise sales.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead management best practices.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and grow B2B relationships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within a franchise or multi-location business environment (preferred but not required).
- Experience and connections in aviation preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with franchise partners.
