E-Commerce Team Member

RealCold is currently looking for new team members to join their E-Commerce Operation in Denton, Texas. Currently, this location is on a first shift schedule. The current scheduled days are four ten-hour days, Sunday – Thursday beginning at 6am – 4pm. There is overtime as needed on Sunday or Friday; please be prepared to help when business needs arise.

As a member of the E-Commerce team, you will be working to complete the following daily for our customers.

• Selecting products according to tickets and accurately placing them in boxes for shipments.
• Ensuring orders are packed into appropriate shipping containers for customer delivery.
• Inspect product as packing to ensure there is no damage.
• Perform quality control assessments and stacking them safely & securely.
• Clean as you go to ensure everyone is working in a safe environment.
• Build and stack boxes.

There are a few things to consider when you apply for our roles with RealCold. We are essentially a cold storage facility, and our environment can be anywhere from -10 to 50 degrees. The primary workspace is 34 degrees. Your management team will provide the appropriate guidelines of what to wear to work once you join our RealCold team or provide the appropriate hand gear to ensure safety.

For safety reasons, everyone should be a minimum of 18 to work in our facilities. Also, in the E Commerce area you should be able to lift over 40lbs. At RealCold we work together, so it’s important to communicate with the members of your team and the leaders in the building. Attention to detail and following directions is key
