Title: Order Planning Clerk
Location: Denton, TX
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday - 5:30am – 2:00pm
Comp: $19 per hour

As an Order Planning Clerk, you will complete the following tasks:
Responsibilities:
Order Planning & Coordination- Review and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure materials and resources are available.
- Monitor order timelines and adjust schedules as necessary to meet delivery deadlines.

Inventory Allocation & Management
- Allocate inventory to customer orders based on availability and priority.
- Work closely with the warehouse and supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Flag and resolve inventory discrepancies proactively.

Data Entry & Analysis
- Enter production and order data into Extensiv our inventory management systems.
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate and maintain reports on order status, inventory levels, and production KPIs.

Communication & Support
- Communicate internally to clarify order details and resolve issues.
- Provide administrative support for production planning activities as needed.
- Assist in developing and improving standard operating procedures related to order processing.
Requirements:
