We are currently hiring for a Warehouse Team Leader who will be responsible to :
Responsibilities :
- Partner with Operations Leadership to make sure all functions of the warehouse are completed
- Assign work to warehouse associates to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met
- Manage picking team by conducting audits regularly
- Be able to multitask i.e., ensuring pickers are staying on task while also providing the line with necessary materials
- Coach and provide feedback to warehouse associates as needed
- Perform assigned projects as instructed
- MUST be available to stay until end of day / work is completed
- MUST have flexibility to work mandated overtime with 24-48 hour notice.
- Set Schedule will be Sunday-Thursday
