Home Staging Stylist

Duties: This position meets with clients, make recommendations on home staging to the clients, leads the team on staging projects, curates inventory needed for the company, performs quality control before stagings leave the warehouse, review photos of jobsites, and correct mistakes of other employees on stagings.

Tasks
Staging Curator
Select furniture that will be used at home staging jobs. This is done via photos and videos without seeing the house.
Select furniture for correcting either home staging mistakes or preferences from the customer

Design Assistant
Correct issues on staging projects and before staging leaves the warehouse. This often includes tags on the furniture, damage, or a correcting poor selection of furniture.
Training team members on proper techniques for hanging pictures, placing furniture and accessories, and keeping a property clean.
Document job sites with photos for most all upcoming staging projects
Print artwork for the lead stylist
Pull together stagings in the warehouse for Occupied, Partial, and Luxury projects

Curator and Photo Analysis
Select new furniture for the standard Realestaged inventory
Curate furniture for a house using only photos and video
Create Home Staging Transfer plans to move furniture from one location to another

Furniture Mover
load fragile ornaments into a box and carefully pack them for transport
Understand best packing methods for loading furniture into a truck
Hanging pictures and mirrors

Skills Required: Ability to lift 50lbs, knowledge of how to pack delicate objects in a box to be shipped
