Job Title: Account Manager (MLEU)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager for the Middle East and Latin America region, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing their accounts effectively, and achieving sales targets. You will be the main point of contact for clients and will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Build and maintain relationships with clients in the Middle East and Latin America region.
2. Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
3. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues.
5. Identify new business opportunities and upsell products or services to existing clients.
6. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase products and services.
7. Monitor and analyze sales performance and make recommendations for improvement.
8. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
9. Travel to client sites as needed to conduct meetings and provide support.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the Middle East and Latin America region.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
7. Fluency in English and knowledge of Arabic or Spanish is a plus.
8. Willingness to travel internationally.
