Job Title: SAP HR Payroll Specialist
Job Summary:
The SAP HR Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing payroll functions within the SAP HR module. This role will support the HR team in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance with regulations, and timely processing of employee payments.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Configure and maintain payroll settings in SAP HR system
- Process payroll on a regular basis
- Review and audit payroll data for accuracy
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Coordinate with HR team to resolve any payroll-related issues
- Generate payroll reports as needed
- Provide support for payroll-related inquiries from employees
- Assist with year-end payroll processes
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 years of experience working with SAP HR payroll module
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
