Job Title: Terraform Scrum Master / Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Terraform Scrum Master / Project Manager to join our team in Austin, TX (Hybrid). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Terraform projects and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute project plans in alignment with business goals.

3. Manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring that team members are working on the most valuable items.

4. Identify and remove obstacles and resolve conflicts to keep project progress on track.

5. Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements.

6. Monitor project progress and report status updates to stakeholders in a timely manner.

7. Implement best practices for Terraform automation and infrastructure as code.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

2. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.

3. 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a DevOps environment with Terraform.

4. Proficiency in Terraform, AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.

5. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

7. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
