Introduction: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workday HCM Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and optimizing Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Workday HCM Implementation & Support:
- Lead, configure, and support Workday HCM applications, ensuring successful deployment and optimization of HR processes.
- Provide subject-matter expertise in Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Learning, and Payroll.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Workday HCM implementations from discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, to post-go-live support.
Process Design & Optimization:
- Analyze business processes and configure Workday solutions to meet the client’s needs.
- Identify and recommend best practices to optimize HCM business processes and improve system performance.
Data Management:
- Assist with data migration and data validation in Workday HCM.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data across all HCM modules.
System Integration:
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement system integrations with third-party applications, such as payroll systems, benefits providers, and learning management systems.
End-User Training & Support:
- Provide training sessions and create documentation to support users in understanding Workday functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Workday HCM system and provide continuous support to the HR team.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards for HR and business leaders.
- Assist with the development of ad-hoc reports as required by the business.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including at least [X] years of experience in configuring and implementing Workday modules.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM functionality and business processes.
