These positions will be for individuals with a degree and 3 years of experience. We are specifically looking for people with Stellantis assembly experience. These positions will primarily be focused on automotive launch and productivity improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience with time studies, line balancing, warehouse operations, internal logistics, and Lean Manufacturing applications.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Supports all Major meetings with Key project stakeholders
- Manages all Decks (Agenda's & Powerpoints) for the program
- Manages Global Project Milestone Assessments
- Leads KPI tracker for the Milestone phases of the project
- Maintains All Manufacturing 360 degree Secure the Launch Activities
- Leads the Risk deliverable
We are also looking for this person to:
- Coordinate the Manufacturing response to bulletins and CN's / CCD's with the different VPE leads
- Track the impact of implemented CN's / CCD's
- Develop and maintain detailed pilot build plan and tracking document
The ideal candidate would have experience launching vehicles at Stellantis and familiarity with the Stellantis launch standards. We have the ability to partner someone with subject matter experts from other programs, but this person must be energetic, a self-starter, analytical and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Stellantis OEM Industrial Engineering experience is a must have
- Automotive plant experience a must
- Good problem solver
- Demonstrates leadership aptitude
- Be organized
- Lean and Continuous Improvement experience (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, Flow, Time study, Pull/Kanban systems, VSM, etc.)
- Knowledge of AMPS
- 3 years Industrial or Manufacturing experience preferred
- Keen eye for detail
- Be able to travel to job sites when need arises
- Able to work with minimal or no supervision
- Strong skills in written and verbal communication
- Demonstrates ability to set and achieve goals with minimum supervision
- Strong presentation, analytical, and computer skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
