We are looking to hire professional, responsible, mature, resourceful, and hard-working Landscape Maintenance and Irrigation Technician.

COMPENSATION:
----- $17.00/hr - $20/hr (commensurate on experience)

POSITION SUMMARY:
----- Communicate well with clients, supervisors and crew members
----- Direct crew member(s) in a safe and efficient manner
----- Follow established work orders
----- Perform tasks, which include arbor care, maintenance, irrigation and treatments
----- Pay attention to details
----- Conform to dress and safety policies and make sure crew member(s) do the same
----- Train crew member(s) daily, as to proper practices and procedures
----- Review the day's accomplishments or problems with division supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
----- Experience working in the professional landscaping arena with a minimum of three (3) years of experience
----- Knowledge of landscape plants
----- Knowledge of proper tree pruning
----- Knowledge of irrigation systems
----- Ability to identify details
----- Possess leadership qualities
----- Ability to lead a maintenance crew
----- Willingness to learn new approaches
----- Have a valid driver's license
----- Report on time, daily
----- Ability to work outside for 10 hours a day in the heat and cold
----- Have reliable transportation to get to and from work
PREFERRED:
----- Smartscapes Certification
----- Arbor Care Certification or Training
