Responsibilities

Compliance Inspector supports the management of homeowner associations, condominium associations, and luxury high-rise communities and performs property inspections as needed.

• Inspector needed for homeowners association property (HOA) management company.  

   

  • Learn each community’s covenants and restrictions as well as follow any Board requests in regards to enforcement.
  • Establish a drive order for the inspection schedule.
  • Conduct drive-through inspections noting any property violations as well as common area issues.
  • Take photographs of any violation with a date stamp and attach to the homeowner’s record.
  • Documenting property code violations per restrictions per neighborhood. 
  • Follow up on inspections as needed
  • Create and submit appropriate documentation for each violation
  • Coordinate with supervisor to properly cover all communities as needed
  • Plus other work-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Must have own vehicle for use on the job
• Clean driving record and be detail oriented.
• Ability to use technology
• Background screening and pre-employment drug screening required.
• Ability to utilize technology is mandatory.

Pay and Benefits:

$18.00 to $23.00, depending on education and experience.
