Responsibilities
Inspector needed for homeowners association property (HOA) management company.
- Learn each community’s covenants and restrictions as well as follow any Board requests in regards to enforcement.
- Establish a drive order for the inspection schedule.
- Conduct drive-through inspections noting any property violations as well as common area issues.
- Take photographs of any violation with a date stamp and attach to the homeowner’s record.
- Documenting property code violations per restrictions per neighborhood.
- Follow up on inspections as needed
- Create and submit appropriate documentation for each violation
- Coordinate with supervisor to properly cover all communities as needed
- Plus other work-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Must have own vehicle, clean driving record and be detail oriented.
- Background screening and pre-employment drug screening required.
- Ability to utilize technology is mandatory.
Compensation = $20- $21 per hour mileage (based on experience and education)
