Cordillera Property Owners Association is accepting applications for a full-time Compliance Coordinator position. We are looking for an organized and self-motivated team member, with a strong desire to serve and improve the community. The Compliance Coordinator works directly with homeowners, contractors, and builders to maintain a clean, safe, and prosperous community.
The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for monitoring the existing community and construction sites with a keen eye for detail aimed at compliance with the Cordillera community standards and governing documents.
The working conditions are primarily outside in the Cordillera community and on construction sites. Company vehicle provided.
Responsibilities:
- On-site contact to assist with community and construction compliance
- Strong verbal and written communication with homeowners, builders and contractors creating an environment of transparency
- Monitor projects under construction and provide weekly reports including images
- Attend pre-construction meetings
- Enforce the Association’s Design Guidelines, CC&R’s, By-laws and other governing documents. Document and follow up on violations.
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Skills:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with internal and external contacts.
- Strong ability to de-escalate a situation when needed.
- General knowledge of construction projects or construction administration is a plus
- General computer skills
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
Pay and Benefits:
$27 to $30, depending on education and experience
