Responsibilities :

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE S

The Landscape Operations Manager is responsible for supervising the workers who install and maintain landscaping. This may involve scheduling work crews, planning daily work activities, and monitoring the work being done

Supervisory Responsibilities :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Schedule and conduct Final Inspection and finalize the project

Attend weekly Construction Services team meetings

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Qualifications :

Skill in organization and analytics

Skill in attention to detail, decision making, and problem solving

Skill in identifying potential risks and providing solutions

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments

Ability to be diplomatic

Ability to perform duties with limited supervision

Ability to utilize different computer software programs

Ability to lead large projects

Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing

Ability to be professional in appearance and presentation

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Ability to work a flexible schedule in order to meet deadlines

Knowledge of landscaping best practices in Central Florida

Ability to hold vendors accountable to contractual obligations

Qualifications :

Education and Experience :

Four-year degree preferred

3 years of experience in the landscaping and maintenance industries required

5 years of experience as a project manager preferred

5 years of experience as an estimator preferred

Pay and Benefits : 75,000 annually
