Responsibilities
General:
The Galleons Association, Inc. (the "Galleons") is a 21-unit residential condominium complex located on the ocean, including common areas such as a swimming pool and gazebo, along with a separate residence for the Resident Manager ("RM").
The RM is responsible for maintaining the Galleons within the scope of this job description. This includes inspecting, cleaning, and repairing the common elements of the condominium property at an acceptable standard of care and quality and within a reasonable amount of time
Accountability:
The RM shall be an employee of the Management Company that manages the Galleons (currently RealManage / Keystone Property Management Group).
The RM is accountable to the Management Company in all aspects of his responsibilities. The Management Company in turn reports to the Galleons' Board of Directors.
Assignment of Work:
The RM will receive work assignments, oversight, and guidance from the Property ManagerA property manager is also an employee of the management company and is responsible for administering and supervising the property. From time to time the RM will also receive guidance and direction from the Galleons Board Liaison or their designee. Should another Galleons resident communicate with the RM and identify an issue, the RM will direct that individual to the Property Manager.
The Property Manager and the RM will conduct regular walk-throughs of the property to establish and update work responsibilities and priorities.
Further priorities will be regularly conveyed from the Board Liaison to the Project Manager. The RM shall appropriately respond to emergencies.
Work Hours:
On average this is a 40-hour-per-week position. The normal work week is considered to be an eight-hour day,
Monday through Friday, with an hour allotted for lunch and two 15-minute breaks, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
RM Apartment: Paid for by association

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Neat appearance: will not work with shirt or shoes off. Footwear must be laced or buckled with no sandals or flip-flops. The Management Company will provide company work shirts.
- Phone: carry a mobile phone during work hours.
- Credentials: valid Florida driver's license.
- Previous experience preferred
Pay and Benefits:
$22.00 to $24.00, depending on education and experience.
