Responsibilities :
Responsible for performing general maintenance of buildings and grounds at HOA residential communities, under direction of the Maintenance Director.
Duties include :
7 : 00 am to 3 : 00 pm five days per week. 40 hours total.

22.00 / hr to $23.00 / hr, depending on education and experience.
